Where Are The Best Breweries In The U.S.?
The crowd-sourced review service Yelp is helping beer lovers find the best breweries in the U.S. Based on a survey of the website's best customer reviews, Yelp has published a list the top 10 in the country. Four of the 10 were found in California, including San Francisco's Anchor Brewing Company and San Diego's Pure Project. Anchor Brewing Company topped the list, averaging a five-star rating over more than 500 reviews. Broken Compass Brewing in Colorado also had a five-star score from the 181 people who had reviewed them. Other breweries to make the nationwide list included Georgetown Brewing Company in Seattle Ranger Creek Brewing and Distilling in San Antonio and Argus Brewery in Chicago. With all the highly-touted breweries around the country, Americans may want to stop in for a pint. Luckily, a new study says a mild alcohol intoxication can help clear mental blocks and spark creative thought. Researchers in Austria say a pint of beer can help people loosen their focus and lessens overthinking.

Good Samaritan Gives Homeless Man Winter Boots Off His FeetA WOMAN'S FACEBOOK POST, FILMING A GOOD SAMARITAN GIVING HIS BOOTS TO A HOMELESS MAN, IS BEING PRAISED AROUND THE GLOBE. Did you expect this response? I did not. I did not. I usually don’t even post things publicly, but this was the type of post that I wanted people to see. BELL'S POST CAPTURED MAURICE ANDERSON GIVING THE MAN, WHOSE FEET WERE BLEEDING, HIS EXTRA BOOTS WHILE ON A TRAIN IN CHICAGO. He was bleeding through his socks. So my gut said, 'take them off and give them to him.' I asked him what size shoe he wears. He said 12. I wear 12, as well. He was overjoyed and it actually gave me more joy to give it to him than anything. BELL HAS HAD HER POST SHARED OVER 23,000 TIMES AND RECEIVED COMMENTS FROM AS FAR AWAY AS INDIA. I didn't even realize that I was even being recorded or someone was taking pictures. It was just so selfless. It was so quiet. It was so humble — was really what touched me about what Maurice did.
