* 1 cup butter
* 2 cups brown sugar, packed
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup light corn syrup
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 8 cups popped popcorn
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
2. Over medium heat, combine butter, brown sugar, salt and corn syrup.
3. Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
4. Stir in baking soda.
5. Pour over the popcorn and stir to coat well.
6. Bake in large roaster or pan for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
